My Background
I earned my Master's degree in integral (holistic) counseling at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years leading biking and hiking trips around the world. Now, I help people navigate the wild and beautiful terrain of their inner worlds. For the past five years, I've also hosted women's creative retreats, weaving together art, community, and self-discovery. I am a mother to a precious 6 month old (and counting), a wife, yoga/breath work guide, and group facilitator. I delight in helping people reconnect with the natural world, both within and around them, and find nourishment through movement, food, and creative expression.
